While employed at YSU-TDC, Mr. Dyer had complete management responsibility and was responsible for meeting the technological needs of the businesses in the Mahoning and Shenango Valleys. Over the years, Mr. Dyer has acquired substantial management experience negotiating contracts valued up to $25 million, managing departmental budgets over $1 million annually for more than forty employees, and negotiating labor disputes with IUE and UAW locals.
