IMPLEMENTING NATIONAL SYSTEM Compute-0-Gram System strongly recommends that a National Exchange be established for the purpose of creating one (1) Central Market Place, where all listed and over-the-counter securities would be traded. Compute-0-Gram System for the elimination of the negotiable stock certificate was designed with flexibility in mind. The ways and means incorporated have been thoroughly explored and researched. The methods described in our system were designed with forsight, and can be implemented in existing Market Places or as we prefer one (1) Central Market Place, in any case the system will allow a less costly and more efficient method of handling stock transition. The National System consists of 7 Central Processing Units and Back Up Systems duplicating and updating for the 11 Central Systems. Mass Duplicating and Updating for protection are provided for by 4 complete units that make up the 2 Central Systems Control, that record all of the data stored in the Central System. Our System will determine on what Exchange Stock is risted and will direct transactions to the proper location. When the location is determined the procedure will be the same as explained in our chapter "How System Works".
