LIST OF BLANK FORMS PERTAINING TO THE QUARTERMASTER CORPS. The following list of blank forms used by the Quartermaster Corps is published for the information and guidance of all concerned. It consists of War Department standard forms, Quartermaster Corps forms, Government stock transportation voucher forms, and compensation act forms prescribed by the Secretary of Labor for use in administering the Government workmen's compensation act of May 30, 1908 (35 Stat., 556).
