SIR-I hereby certify that the cash balance charged the State Treasurer as being in his hands at the close of business June 30, 1909, was One Million, Six Hundred and Thirteen Thousand, Nine Hundred Sixtyseven Dollars and Fifty-four Cents ($1,613,967.54), as appears by the books of this department.
