Naugle, Associate Administrator for Space Science and 613 653 1970 NASA AUTHORIZATION TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 1969 HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, COMMITTEE ON SCIENCE AND ASTRONAUTICS, Washington, D.C. Mr. KARTH. The meeting will come to order. This morning the Subcommittee on Space Science and Applications begins its hearings on the NASA authorization bill for fiscal year 1970. I would like very much to try that for a day or two to see whether or not it is possible for us to get as much out of the presentation by presubmission as we would otherwise get. So, if you could present us today with the statements that will be given by Mr. Hearth and Mr. Scherer tomorrow, so as to give the subcommittee members an oppor |
